- Oversee and expand a portfolio of industrial food manufacturing clients based in Kuala Lumpur, with occasional travel to other regions when needed.
- Drive sales of the company's ingredient range.
- Create tailored account strategies that boost product adoption and open cross‑selling opportunities across multiple categories.
- Partner closely with customers' R&D and production teams to support application trials, improve formulations, and drive cost‑efficiency initiatives.
- Keep up to date with market trends in key raw materials and align pricing strategy accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including Technical, QA, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure reliable service and strong customer satisfaction.
- Provide clear sales forecasts and coordinate demand planning to maintain smooth supply continuity.
- Deliver on assigned sales goals across volume, revenue, and margin metrics.
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Has 5-8 years of experience managing industrial food manufacturing accounts in Malaysia.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, analytical, and able to work collaboratively with internal teams.
