The Key Account Manager will focus on managing and expanding relationships with food manufacturers across Malaysia, driving long-term strategic account growth.
  • Oversee and expand a portfolio of industrial food manufacturing clients based in Kuala Lumpur, with occasional travel to other regions when needed.
  • Drive sales of the company's ingredient range.
  • Create tailored account strategies that boost product adoption and open cross‑selling opportunities across multiple categories.
  • Partner closely with customers' R&D and production teams to support application trials, improve formulations, and drive cost‑efficiency initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with market trends in key raw materials and align pricing strategy accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including Technical, QA, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure reliable service and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Provide clear sales forecasts and coordinate demand planning to maintain smooth supply continuity.
  • Deliver on assigned sales goals across volume, revenue, and margin metrics.
Drive strategic commercial growth.Work with a diverse product portfolio.
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Has 5-8 years of experience managing industrial food manufacturing accounts in Malaysia.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, analytical, and able to work collaboratively with internal teams.
