- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
- Write clear and comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to guide development teams.
- Apply functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in retail customer leads and service requests.
- Work closely with IT, development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of business requirements.
- Ensure specifications from multiple systems and interfaces are aligned for seamless system integration.
- Manage and prioritize JIRA tickets, assigning them to the right teams based on priority and complexity.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment of project objectives.
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.
- Proficiency in writing clear and detailed FSDs.
- Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM functional knowledge.
- Expertise in cross-functional collaboration and system integration.
- Solid experience with JIRA triage and ticket management.
- Exposure to quality analysis and solution validation.
- Domain experience in Banking, Retail Leads, or Service Requests.
