About the Role Crawford & Company is looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support office operations, facilities coordination, HR administration, and reception functions. This role offers broad exposure across administrative support, HR coordination, facilities management, and front-office responsibilities, making it ideal for fresh graduates or candidates seeking a versatile administrative career path. Key Responsibilities Office Administration Manage procurement requests, purchase orders, and office supplies Maintain office records including directories, licenses, invoices, and bills Prepare company profiles, directories, and client communication materials when required Facilities Coordination Coordinate vendor access cards, work permits, and liaise with building management Oversee facilities matters including air-conditioning, fire extinguishers, water dispensers, and tenancy agreements HR Administrative Support Provide HR support including staff access cards, HR documentation, training registrations, and probation tracking Reception & Front Office Welcome visitors and manage reception duties Answer incoming calls and manage meeting room bookings Assist with travel arrangements Office Events & Activities Support office events, festive setups, and other administrative duties as assigned What we are looking for Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines SPM holders with at least 1 year of relevant administrative experience are encouraged to apply Experience Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 1 year of administrative experience is an advantage Skills & Competencies Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new tasks Why join Crawford At Crawford, we are people taking care of people.
