Business Unit Introduction - IEG Interactive Entertainment Group Global (IEGG) is responsible for the Global R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Lead the end-to-end game publishing roadmap, from initial market research and concept development to full-scale rollout and ROI optimization Channel Growth : Identify and penetrate new online and offline marketing avenues to consistently hit and exceed KPIs Cross-Functional Synergy: Orchestrate collaboration with social media and community teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize local exposure Data-Driven Insights: Evaluate campaign results to deliver comprehensive reporting and actionable 'lessons learned' for both local and regional leadership Product Integration: Contribute to operations discussions to enhance user engagement and align in-game events with external promotional efforts Market Leadership: Develop business-oriented Malaysia go-to-market plans encompassing paid media, live-ops, and budget management to support the entire game lifecycle HQ Liaison : Serve as the primary bridge between the local market and headquarters, advocating for Malaysia's interests while integrating global insights into local execution Lifecycle Management: Oversee project health from kickoff to delivery, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and conducting thorough post-mortem reviews Content Excellence : Curate consumer-facing assets within a localization framework, focusing on high-quality copywriting, visual impact, and current market trends Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing position in technology/gaming industry Capability to develop measurable business outcomes and marketing strategy Deep knowledge of games, relevant gaming audiences, and the gaming industry Attentive to details, dedicated ability to plan and execute campaigns within short timeframe Proficient in English and Malay; Chinese is a bonus
