Your Job Responsible for coordinating with internal and external teams to optimize delivery performance, manage inventory levels strategically, and ensure production planning aligns with customer requirements. Focused on balancing capacity, backlog, and inventory to maximize efficiency, drive revenue, and maintain customer satisfaction. Acts as a key point of contact for both internal departments and external vendors. Working alongside internal departments and external partners, the team is crucial in fulfilling customer needs and ensuring operational excellence. What You Will Do Create production schedules to achieve MPD/CRD goals and ensure timely stock production Collaborate with vendors to meet monthly delivery targets Analyze backlog and capacity forecasts to optimize production orders and boost revenue Address production issues, organize recovery plans, and update delivery schedules as needed Develop master plans for resource allocation when demand exceeds capacity Coordinate with supply planning teams to manage forecasts and excess stock Commit to shipment plans and ensure CRD/MPD goals are met through effective production management Monitor inventory, build buffer stock, and optimize inventory control Review constraints, lead times, and inventory data to minimize waste and meet performance goals Support other planners during absences and contribute to company initiatives and standards Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in any discipline Extensive experience in planning area Ability to perform planning analysis and drive to maximize capacity and output Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with systems such as Rapid Response, Kinaxis, and APS (Advanced Production Schedule) Strong interpersonal and communication skills What Will Put You Ahead Strong mathematical skills Experience in the same processes as assigned Familiarity with SAP functionalities and usage At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
