Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to discover growth opportunities Optimise on-page SEO elements (title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, schema, etc.) Build and manage off-page SEO efforts, including backlink strategies Analyse and track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools Create monthly reports with actionable insights for client improvement Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content Communicate directly with clients on SEO strategies, updates, and results (Senior role only) Lead SEO audits, manage campaigns, and mentor junior teammates Requirements For Junior SEO Specialist: 1-2 years of experience in SEO or strong internship background Good understanding of on-page and off-page SEO fundamentals Familiar with Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, or similar tools Strong English and Chinese writing skills and ability to communicate in Mandarin and English Must be comfortable communicating directly with clients in both languages For Senior SEO Specialist: 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results Able to lead strategy and independently manage SEO campaigns Proficient in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) Strong English and Chinese writing skills and ability to communicate in Mandarin and English Must be confident in handling client communications and consultations Experience mentoring juniors and conducting full SEO audits is a plus Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing Strong understanding of Google algorithms, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Proficient in Mandarin and English (verbal & written) - required for client communication Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) Solid analytical skills - able to interpret data and improve performance Familiar with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS for SEO implementation Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset Passionate about SEO and keeps up with latest industry trends Show more Show less
