Salary: RM2,300 - RM3,000Job OverviewWe are looking for a professional and well-presented Luxury Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations in a premium spa environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Reception DutiesWelcome guests warmly and professionallyEnsure smooth check-in and check-out processesMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception areaProvide attentive and personalized customer serviceAppointment ManagementManage bookings and schedules accuratelyCoordinate appointments with therapistsRecommend suitable treatments, packages, and promotionsCommunication & Customer ServiceAnswer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionallyProvide clear information about services and pricingHandle customer inquiries and requests efficientlyCashiering & AdministrationProcess payments and issue receiptsPerform basic data entry and daily reportingMaintain accurate customer and sales recordsRequirementsMinimum SPM or equivalentPrior experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or spa environment is an advantageWell-groomed, polite, and professional appearanceGood communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer and administrative skillsAble to work weekendsWorking HoursMonday to Sunday (1 day off per week)10:00 AM - 7:00 PMClosed on gazetted public holidaysBenefitsStable working hoursProfessional working environmentTraining providedOpportunity to grow in the wellness and hospitality industry
