
Plant Manager (Aquaculture Feed)

- Responsibility in the aqua feed production facilities, in order to achieve the production objectives, not limited to production yield, product qualities as per agree, develop new product, revenue targets/ production outputs, delivery fulfillment, manpower planning, inventory forecasts.
- Oversee the warehouse and logistics relating to raw materials and finished products in the plant.
- Oversee engineering activities to support continuity of plant systems which include Autonomous Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
- Ensure all relevant quality standards and certifications are achieved, waste management, environmental sustainability in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Accountable for the work environment, safety of employees and hygiene standards as required by statutory laws, certification bodies and customers' requirements.
- Implement continuous process improvement, best practices through improved technology and system integrity in order to achieve improved operating costs and minimization of waste.
- Control of operation costs and financial efficiency relating to production, warehousing and engineering conforms to the agreed budget.
- Foster training and developing value for employees in the organization in order to achieve the company's objectives and corporate vision through working commitment, communication and teamwork; upgrading of skill and knowledge for self-development in the career planning.
- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing aqua feed mill operations.
- Proven expertise in shrimp feed and aqua feed production.
- Work visa sponsorship in Malaysia will be provided.
