- Own revenue performance, margin contribution, and forecast accuracy across platforms
- Drive profitable growth while aligning with broader regional and global commercial strategies
- Ensure pricing integrity while adapting to local market dynamics, competitive pressures, and currency fluctuations
- Partner cross-functionally to prevent channel conflict and maintain a cohesive go-to-market approach
- Deliver clear, data-driven performance reporting across markets
- Develop and execute strategies tailored to platforms such as Amazon, Coupang, Shopee, Rakuten, etc.
- Collaborate closely cross functionally to align marketplace plans with broader regional objectives
- Integrate product launches, campaigns, and partnerships into execution
- Provide feedback loops to the international team on regional performance, customer insights, and market opportunities
- Translate global ecommerce and brand strategies into region-specific execution plans
- Adapt promotions, content, and assortment based on local consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and platform dynamics
- Ensure cultural and language relevance across all customer touchpoints
- Balance global consistency with local optimization - knowing when to standardize vs localize
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate strategies by region to drive performance improvements
- Maintain listing health, compliance, and account standing across all platforms
- Proactively manage risks including suppression, delistings, and policy violations
- Align inventory planning with regional demand, lead times, and promotional calendars
- Ensure advertising and promotional activity aligns with inventory realities
- Optimize listings, pricing, and promotions to improve conversion rates
- Improve ratings, reviews, and overall brand presence within each platform
- Ensure content consistency while adapting to local language and cultural expectations
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management (international experience strongly preferred)
- Experience managing multiple marketplaces (Amazon + regional platforms preferred)
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue and performance across digital channels
- Familiarity with regional marketplace dynamics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
