Warehouse Assistant

• Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Accept ordering, arrange stocks and logistic to all outlets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular stock checks.
• Prepare and fulfill orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform routine warehouse maintenance and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in the shipping and receiving processes, verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (training provided).
• Support stock control activities, including monitoring stock levels and identifying discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to coordinate with colleagues and suppliers.

• Assist in the receiving, inspection, and verification of incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Perform accurate data entry of received goods into the warehouse management system (WMS) to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout, ensuring efficient space utilization and accessibility of stock, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outlet ordering, ensuring items are accurately selected, properly packaged, and labeled with appropriate shipping information.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to reconcile inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate stock levels, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified), to move and handle materials safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to fulfill orders promptly and efficiently, meeting daily targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to warehouse safety procedures and promptly addressing any potential hazards.
