Job Purpose To drive regional growth for the Personal Financing (PF) business by developing strategic partnerships, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and leading sales enablement initiatives. This role focuses on expanding business opportunities through Government Agencies, GLCs, private corporations, and associations, while ensuring strong compliance, service delivery, and team performance. Job Responsibilities Partnership & Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with Government Agencies, GLCs, private companies, and pensioner associations to generate sustainable business growth. Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential partner organisations aligned with Personal Financing objectives, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements. Develop innovative partnership models, engagement strategies, and business events to support current and future business initiatives. Strategy & Market Intelligence Develop and implement a regional strategic sales plan to achieve business targets and growth objectives. Conduct competitor and market intelligence analysis to identify opportunities, risks, strengths, and gaps, and translate insights into actionable business strategies. Provide evidence-based advice and recommendations on business opportunities, policies, programs, and service delivery improvements to support PF business decision-making. Sales Enablement & Service Delivery Manage the implementation of PF business programs, ensuring effective service delivery, process improvements, and achievement of business goals. Support sales teams through product knowledge enhancement, upskilling initiatives, and operational guidance. Ensure regional sales teams are well-trained and briefed on product features, processes, and compliance requirements to prevent misrepresentation and regulatory breaches. Leadership & Performance Management Lead and manage regional sales teams, including activity planning, performance monitoring, reporting, coaching, and professional development. Align people, resources, and priorities to deliver regional business outcomes. Other Responsibilities: Support sales teams in resolving matters related to Affin FLEXI PFI. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Minimum 7 years' experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in Personal Financing and corporate client engagement. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven leadership, planning, and organizational capabilities. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute business plans. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. Good understanding of compliance, governance, and risk considerations within financial services.
