Job Category: IT, Telecom & InternetJob Description:PURPOSE:The Regional Service Transition Manager (RSTM) is part of Fujifilm Business Innovation Business Solution, Global Service Delivery Operations (BS GSDO) workforce.It is a client facing leadership role that owns design and implementation of Transition & Transformation (T&T) plans for Managed Services agreements & projects globally. As Fujifilm's Single Point for Contact capable multi-projects delivery, the role requires expert level planning, organising and communicating abilities.Depending on client requirements, there may be a need to be onboarded and / or be onsite at client locations. Remote work and travel can be expected.Managed Services refer to Managed Print Services (MPS), Print & Mail rooms and Business Processing Outsourcing services provided by Fujifilm and Affiliated Channel Partners (ACP or vendors). Some examples are Office Printing Services, Scanning/Ingestion services, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable workflows, etc.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead a transition and/or transformation project team (cross-functional, cross-country, cross-organization, cross-service including partners/3rd parties) to takeover service delivery from the client (or incumbent) in accordance to transition plan. Depending on project scale, may lead several projects simultaneously.Work with client and Fujifilm teams (including partners/3rd parties, local country Fujifilm, delivery management, delivery manager, HR, R&D, etc.) to manage and deliver (transition and transformation) projects on schedule, within budget and with a high level of client satisfaction.Act as counterpart to client appointed transition manager.Develop and own transition communication plan to ensure consistent understanding of transition progress for key stakeholders.Own transition management methodology. Update/improve the methodology based on learning and client requirements/feedback.Adhere to standard transition management methodology and Fujifilm governance tollgates.Support pursuit team to represent the transition and transformation function. Craft transition and transformation plans that are part of Fujifilm's proposal. Participate in client presentations to project strong transition and transformation management competency.As required undertake continuous improvement and support Fujifilm initiatives as directed by management.During transformation, the STM is accountable for the execution of transformation end to end activities.Manage project issues & risks throughout transition and transformation.Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business/IT/Engineering or a related field.
  • Project Management Certifications (eg. PMP, Prince2, ScrumMaster etc.).
  • Industry certifications (eg. ITIL, CompTIA network/Security+, Microsoft/Cloud services, AI) will be a plus.
  • Solid grasp of IT service management frameworks, tools & best practices.
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in managed service implementation & management, preferably in setting up service delivery encompassing infrastructure, proof of concepts, security/compliance, card types/readers, technical change management, etc..
3 years Managed Print Services (eg. Any relevant proprietary solutions/services).Possess distinguished core management skills & functions (ie. Time management, Problem-solving, project management, negotiation, strategic planning)Experience in: * Deploying Managed Print Services solution and support workflow processes for Fujifilm/print devices.
  • Hands-on skills in network/VLANS/firewalls and port enablement in order to set up relevant client print policies & queues.
  • Deploying and troubleshooting Print Management Solutions (eg. Ysoft, Equitrac, AWMS, Papercut, LRS or similar).
  • Managing medium to large-scale service contracts with enterprise-level clients service desks integrating to Fujifilm L2/L3 service desk.
  • Planning & organizing multi-country service implementation operations and cross-functional teams
  • Manage and resolve escalated or high-profile issues with diplomacy and urgency

Fujifilm
