- Bachelor's degree in business/IT/Engineering or a related field.
- Project Management Certifications (eg. PMP, Prince2, ScrumMaster etc.).
- Industry certifications (eg. ITIL, CompTIA network/Security+, Microsoft/Cloud services, AI) will be a plus.
- Solid grasp of IT service management frameworks, tools & best practices.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in managed service implementation & management, preferably in setting up service delivery encompassing infrastructure, proof of concepts, security/compliance, card types/readers, technical change management, etc..
- Hands-on skills in network/VLANS/firewalls and port enablement in order to set up relevant client print policies & queues.
- Deploying and troubleshooting Print Management Solutions (eg. Ysoft, Equitrac, AWMS, Papercut, LRS or similar).
- Managing medium to large-scale service contracts with enterprise-level clients service desks integrating to Fujifilm L2/L3 service desk.
- Planning & organizing multi-country service implementation operations and cross-functional teams
- Manage and resolve escalated or high-profile issues with diplomacy and urgency
