- Lead, manage, and coach a team of sales and account specialists to grow new business and retain existing customers
- Life Insurance Experience
- Manage key customer relationships within the assigned region
- Develop and expand new and existing business opportunities
- Oversee regional sales operations with a focus on cost efficiency and budget control
- Recruit, train, develop, and performance-manage sales team members
- Set and execute operational plans aligned to business unit strategy
- Monitor compliance, identify risks, and participate in risk assessments
- Design and implement improvements to sales processes, systems, and operating standards
- Identify external market risks and opportunities over a 1-2 year horizon
- Proven experience in sales leadership, regional sales operations, or account management
- Strong people management and coaching capability
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage key accounts
- Solid commercial acumen, budgeting, and financial management skills
