The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a sales team to drive profitable growth across assigned market segments and Strategic Business Unit products. The role focuses on account management, operational efficiency, talent development, and strategic execution to achieve sustainable business results.
  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of sales and account specialists to grow new business and retain existing customers
  • Life Insurance Experience
  • Manage key customer relationships within the assigned region
  • Develop and expand new and existing business opportunities
  • Oversee regional sales operations with a focus on cost efficiency and budget control
  • Recruit, train, develop, and performance-manage sales team members
  • Set and execute operational plans aligned to business unit strategy
  • Monitor compliance, identify risks, and participate in risk assessments
  • Design and implement improvements to sales processes, systems, and operating standards
  • Identify external market risks and opportunities over a 1-2 year horizon
