- Support Customer Engagement: Assist the team in delivering best-in-class experiences by responding to customer inquiries via our omni-channel support systems. You will learn to engage with speed, empathy, and effectiveness.
- Assist with Onboarding & Compliance: Support the new customer onboarding process by helping to process applications and conducting initial KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks under supervision.
- Operational Support: Handle day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the CX portfolio to ensure the department runs efficiently.
- Data Compilation: Assist in gathering feedback from chats & calls for the team to look into service improvements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and contribute to customer success metrics, learning how individual performance impacts company goals.
- Culture & Values: Demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and a commitment that aligns with our mission and company values.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding data entry and compliance checks.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help people.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools.
