The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales portfolio within the FMCG industry in the Southern region. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales acumen and a focus on achieving targets.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Southern region.
Identify and establish relationships with new customers while maintaining existing client accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Track and report on sales performance, providing insights to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and promote products.

A background in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the Southern region.
Proficiency in using sales software and tools to track performance, and proficiency in Mandarin.
