Prepare file defect reports and report test progress with concise summary 10.Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures 11.Ability to verbalize, explain in detail and summarize testing results for view and interpretation 12.Able to lead a team with the ability to assess prioritization and delegation to the team members 13.Collaborates with technology stakeholders to drive and provide a seamless product implementation 14.Ability to lead a team to accomplish overall goals and objectives Requirements: The (Role Title: Senior Developer) is expected to exhibit the following skills/abilities: Essential Skills / Experience Experience Profile Min Years' Experience 1.Worked extensively in software testing or similar role in an agile/waterfall, fast-paced environment 2.Have a good understanding of agile software development, testing methods and QA standards 3. Experience with project management, SDLC processes, Agile processes and overall IT processes 4. Exposure to testing methodologies and when certain strategies are to be recommended/used 5.Exposed to SQL/database concepts Role Title: Senior Test Engineer IDF, Development Desirable Skills / Experience 1.Minimum of 7 years working in a similar capacity of system software development & testing 2.Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 3. Certification Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) is preferred 4. Experience with testing tools including Apache, Selenium, JMeter, TestStand or LabView 5. Knowledge in Gliffy or similar diagramming tool is a bonus 6.Fearless - not afraid to suggest or back big ideas however disruptive they may be 7.Good knowledge in testing skills (writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs) 8. Critical thinker, analytical, methodical and problem-solving skills in relation to QA management of a product 8. Team player and good time-management skills 9 Great interpersonal and communication skills 10Knowledge of banking system is a plus 11 Experience in Agile methodology is a plus 12 Focused and willing to take on additional responsibilities & challenges and motivated to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment 13Independent, proactive and service oriented 14Experience in a multinational environment and dealing with multi-countries' users is desirable 15 High level of technical writing skills 16.Always willing to query and go beyond with active participation in all aspects of work 17.
