Job Category: [DO NOT USE] Design / EngineeringJob Description:Job ResponsibilitiesMonitoring of boiler process

Responsibility to observe daily operation of steam boilers including related machinery with safe and care.
Responsible to maintain the Industrial Effluents Treatment Systems (IETS)
To conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance for the boiler and all the auxiliary equipment and report immediately to management any faulty of their boiler equipment.
To operate and maintain the boiler and IETS and conduct the prescribed routine and non-routine inspection and maintenance to comply with the legal, regulatory & statutory requirement
To report immediately to Superior any faulty of the boiler and IETS.
To remain fully aware of and compliant with company rules, policies, procedures and quality systems at all times.
To comply with any reasonable work instruction as required by the management

Analysis of plant performance

Ensure data and records related to the boiler and IETS process are available and updated.
To ensure system of records, communication and correspondence pertaining to the documentation of all legislation requirements.

Compliance to standards operating procedure (SOP), statutory and legal requirements

Working toward maintaining ISO's certification and meet the standard and requirement from internal and external party.
To follow SOP and comply with the statutory and legal requirements.
To ensure cleanliness of plant are maintained at all times.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

To aware and follow safety standard procedures.
To aware wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while carry out in line with relevant procedures.

Job Requirements

High School Certificate
Certificate Boilerman Grade 1
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Schedule Waste Management
Able to interact with all level personnel
Independent and good in works in groups
