Job Description Design and specify mechanical systems for data centres and buildings, such as Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation and Fire Protection systems Prepare relevant documents, design calculations and drawings for submissions to authorities Attend client-consultant, site and technical meetings Provide project management and construction supervision Review contractors' technical submissions of equipment/materials/drawings Conduct site inspections of installations Witness testing and commissioning of equipment/system Work with the clients' project team and fellow consultants to coordinate and detail project design requirement Be responsible for any duties that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, recognised by Board od Engineers, Malaysia Able to work in Malaysia At least 5 years of relevant experience with M&E Consultancy firm(s) Strong knowledge of local codes and regulations Proficiency in engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modeling software. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
