Responsible for planning and executing transportation operations
Ensure timely delivery of the right quality and quantity of items to support stakeholder resorts wide and resolve any issues that may arise
Maintain proper inventory records, ensure all deliveries to outlets have been captured in system
Examine and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
To ensure the warehouse personnel receive, unload and place incoming /outgoing items appropriately
Managing assets such as facilities, vehicle and equipment, including planning for repairs and maintenance.
To provide guidance to subordinate for carrying out daily routine tasks correctly
To perform other duties as and when required for the department
To comply, conform and improve on Quality Management System (QMS) & also OSHA requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulations.
To motivate & train subordinates /staff

Skills and Specifications Requirements

Good communication skill and writing skill
Speak fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Experience in using SAP ERP and SAP Ariba will be added advantage
Working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software application
Able to work under tight deadlines or pressure
Able to lead, manage & supervise a team of staff and a team player

Education and Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Supply Chain/ Logistics or any related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
