MohonKelayakanRequirements:
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate in Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA).
  • Minimum 5-7 years in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in supervisory/managerial role.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, tax, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in cloud accounting tools and automation platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
Tanggungjawab1. Team Leadership & Operations
  • Supervise a team of accountants and associates handling multiple clients.
  • Assign, review, and monitor workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coach and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster accountability.
  • Implement standardized processes (bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting).
2. Client Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts.
  • Review financial statements, management reports, and compliance deliverables before submission.
  • Advise clients on accounting, compliance, and operational improvements.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through responsive communication and proactive service.
3. Compliance & Quality Control
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish quality review procedures for accuracy and consistency.
  • Support e-invoicing, SST, and other regulatory changes.
4. Process Improvement & Technology
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of cloud accounting tools (e.g., Xero, Bukku, Dext, payroll platforms).
  • Develop SOPs, checklists, and knowledge libraries for the department.
5. Strategic Contribution
  • Report department performance (KPIs, deadlines met, client satisfaction) to senior management.
  • Support cross-selling of services (payroll, tax, company secretary).
  • Contribute to scaling the firm's outsourced accounting practice to handle larger client volumes
