Collaborate with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Plan and document technical specifications for features and system design.
Design, build, and configure applications that meet process and application requirements.
Lead and mentor the development team in the design, development, testing, and debugging of applications.
Write scalable, efficient, and testable code while conducting and overseeing code reviews.
Ensure technical quality, successful delivery, and post-deployment support.
Provide coaching to junior engineers to uphold engineering best practices and software quality standards.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed:

Strong experience in application development, architecture design, and project delivery in an agile environment (mandatory).
Proven ability to design robust, scalable solutions with a focus on performance and maintainability.
9+ years of experience in software development, with a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficient in at least one high-level language such as .NET Core, Java, PHP, Python, etc.
Skilled in building and managing scalable systems on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).
Strong communicator, self-starter, and passionate about mentoring others and driving team growth.
Experience with OutSystems development or certifications is an added advantage.
