Monitor all banking systems to ensure their smooth operations;
Respond quickly to any system failures or errors by logging service requests to IT department and follow up on the status of these requests.
Provide technical support in areas related to hardware, software, networks and security systems for computer workstations and other devices used within the organization;
Assist users by answering queries, troubleshooting problems, and providing technical assistance via telephone, email, chat or in-person;
Maintain and update operation manuals, documentation and training materials.
Monitor backup processing and restoration procedures to ensure data integrity and availability;
Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of technologies to improve business efficiency.

Job Qualification:

Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field of study.
Proven experience in computer networking, software installation, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, Python etc would be added advantages.
Familiarity with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V is also beneficial.
Experience working with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure is desirable.

Work Schedule:

Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night), including weekends and holidays.
Shift rotation ensures fair distribution and adequate rest periods in compliance with labor regulations.
