Job description: Job Summary Oversea daily production operation ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Improves daily production processes by studying product and manufacturing methods. Deep understanding on the precast production and all elements Key Responsibilities Knowledge in factory set up, process improvement for each station, pallet maintenance Able to fabricate and produce large elements such as columns and girders Monitor day-to-day operations and trigger corrective actions. Responsible for improving production output, product quality. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilizes assets to produce optimal result. Make proper production record and highlight potential issues and risks in a timely manner. Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends. Collect and analyse data to find places of waste or overtime. Ensure periodic maintenance and proper storage of equipment and tools. Supervise production crew ensuring effective communication in order to avoid errors. Incorporate engineering specifications into design, process, or techniques and provide feedback to capture lessons learned. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
