Prepare and submit daily reports on offline requests to the assigned Person-in-Charge for compilation. Issue offline quotations for users who are unable to obtain online quotations. Manage and resolve customer support tickets via Zendesk and email in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Guide customers through policy changes, renewals, and cancellation processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strict confidentiality when handling customer data. Escalate complex or unresolved cases to senior support or relevant departments. Recover and convert dropped-off cases into successful policy purchases. Contact customers to guide them in manually entering promo codes based on ongoing TNGD campaigns. Explain campaign terms and conditions, and assist customers in completing their purchase journey. Proactively reach out to customers via phone or email to clarify insurance-related information or follow up on pending issues. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field, preferably in business, economic, marketing, finance and accounting, or communication. Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply. Evidence of a strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to influence broadly and challenge conventional thinking. Excellent communication skills & ability to work with other stakeholders. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
