He/she directs and drives all activities of the department, with specific responsibilities for ensuring high quality standards delivered by the Team, as well as developing and implementation action plans set forth in the Marketing Plan.We are looking for someone who:
Diploma, Degree or any relevant certification in the field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an international class hotel and at least 2 years working experience in a similar position.
Effective bi-lingual both oral and written in the English & Malay.
Strong leader with good financial acumen and excellent knowledge of the local market.
Ability to direct the events team to achieve the catering revenue goal as set by the hotel.
Able to contribute ideas and feedback to operations team for service enhancement.
