1. Creator Supply Growth and Ecosystem Strategy
- Identify high-potential creator segments through data analysis and cohort-based insights, and support ongoing optimization of creator supply structure
- Refine and iterate strategies across key stages including creator recruitment, activation, and growth, in order to improve participation and operating activity
- Support creator segmentation and growth path design, helping creators at different stages move more effectively into sustainable business operations
- Assist in setting supply growth priorities, monitoring mechanisms, and phased optimization plans based on business needs and ecosystem conditions
2. Commercial Operations and Efficiency Optimization
- Partner with Category, Creator Management, and related teams to improve matching efficiency across creators, products, campaigns, and business scenarios
- Analyze conversion performance across live streaming, short-form video, and other commerce scenarios, and derive repeatable operating approaches and recommendations
- Take platform profitability into account when supporting the design, evaluation, and iteration of incentive programs, campaigns, and other monetization strategies, with a focus on efficiency and long-term business value
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Project Execution
- Break down complex business problems and translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable operating plans to support effective execution
- Work closely with Creator Management, Category, Product, Analytics, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives and post-project optimization
- Continuously identify critical opportunities and issues during execution, and improve mechanisms or collaboration models to develop more effective solutions while balancing multiple business objectivesQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in internet, e-commerce, content platforms, or strategy/operations roles
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to form clear judgment in complex business environments
- Strong data sensitivity and analytical capability, with the ability to generate rigorous insights and recommendations based on data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive progress across cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong interest in content commerce, creator ecosystems, or platform operations, and willingness to build a deep understanding of business processes and operating logicPreferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in content commerce, creator/KOL, MCN, or platform ecosystem operations is preferred
- Strong track record in strategic projects, business analysis, monetization strategy, or mechanism design is preferred
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, remain adaptable in a fast-changing environment, and stay motivated by challenging work
