Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Hairdressing or related field; certifications like SKM or City & Guilds are a plus.
3–5 years’ salon experience, with prior training or mentoring preferred.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage.
Willing to travel for training sessions.

Package:

Basic Salary: RM4,500–RM6,000
Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Allowance
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Work Days: 5-day week (Alternate Saturdays only in Nov & Dec)

Conduct product and technical training on professional haircare treatments.
Train salon staff on consultation, customer service, and upselling techniques.
Develop and update training materials to reflect current trends and new launches.
Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching.
Support Sales and Marketing in identifying training needs.
Represent the brand in salons and industry events.
