We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our growing design team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, with skills in motion graphics, graphic design, and basic 3D animation. They will assist in producing both animated and static assets for social media, campaigns, and events, ensuring all visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Responsibilities: 1. Motion Graphics Create short-form animated videos and motion graphics for social media content. Work on transitions, animated text, infographics, and other dynamic elements to enhance campaign materials. Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to translate ideas into engaging animated assets. Adapt and optimize motion graphics for different platforms and formats. 2. Graphic Design Work Assist in designing static visuals and graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). Support the development of marketing collaterals, including posters, brochures, digital ads, and event mockups. Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Provide ad-hoc design support for internal and client-related requests. 3. 3D Animation Assist in the development of simple 3D models and animations for campaigns and event mockups. Support creative visualization for product showcases, event concepts, and brand storytelling. Collaborate with the design and multimedia team to integrate 3D animation into broader campaign assets. Additional Responsibilities Work closely with the Social Media Executive, Graphic Designers, and Multimedia Designers to bring campaign ideas to life. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions by providing design and animation input. Support the production of ad-hoc design or animation tasks that may arise in relation to events, client requests, or internal needs. Maintain organized project files and ensure timely delivery of assets based on agreed timelines. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Portfolio : Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating your creativity and ability to produce high-quality visual and video content. Great team and communication skills is a must! We are very collaborative here. Ability to work with Adobe Premiere/Final Cut/DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent), handle video editing, and have some skills with the camera. An eye for detail will really help! Ability to create pitch decks using attractive visuals in order to best communicate proposed strategies. Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for design work is needed, as well as an eye for good design. You will not only be making stuff look pretty, they must be effective as well.
