Language proficiency: English, Malay. Mandarin speaking preferred
Experience with SQL software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Analytical mindset to interpret inventory data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong team player and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve inventory-related issues.
Knowledge of inventory control principles, procedures, and best practices
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment., willingness to learn, and proactive.

Tanggungjawab

Regularly conduct stock take
Organize warehouse space and optimize layout to ensure efficient stock retrieval and FIFO
Manage stock level and make key decision about stock control.
Prepare reports related to stock control, analyse variances and initiate corrective actions.
Recommend minimum and maximum level of stock keeping
Ensure no shortage of stocks.
Ensure stock replenishment ordered are received timely.
To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by superior from time to time.
Liaise with relevant parties to solve problem and do improvement
