• Applicants must be Malaysian citizen.
• SPM and above in any discipline.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Basic Computer Skills, Microsoft Office.
• Experience in cabling, installing security and networking system (added advantage).
• With IT knowledge (added advantage).
• Possess a valid driving license Class D (Compulsory).
• Can work independently, can supervise, guide, support a team of CCTV technicians.
• Willing to travel outstation.
• Salary depends on experience.

• Supervise, guide, support a team of CCTV technicians in installation & maintenance of CCTV, Alarm System and Networking.
• Plan, assign and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects and service calls.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and service records.
• Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction, handle complaints and provide after-sales technical support.
• Train and mentor new technicians to improve skill sets and knowledge.
