- Manage inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, delivering excellent customer support.
- Support internal sales operations by preparing quotations, order confirmations, delivery orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Support sales order processing, track deliveries, and follow up on outstanding collections.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
- Communicate proactively with customers on order progress and status updates.
- Communicate important feedback from the sales team and customers.
- Ensure proper filing of documents and records.
- Maintain and process sales data, progress reports, and other related sales records.
- Handle customer correspondence on documentation submission, status tracking, and approval follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents in accordance with requirements.
- Assist in all other administrative task as assigned.
- Degree/Diploma in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of working experience in Order Management/Customer Relationship Management/Supply Chain
- Good time management, communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness.
- Ability to work independently, positive attitude, and a good team player.
- The candidate able to work in fast-paced environment environment.

- English , Malay and Mandarin Speaker will stand advantage.
- MS Word, PowerPoints, and Excel (V-look Up & Pivot Table) Savvy
