Join us on our mission and be part of our rockstar team!The Role:ThoughtFull is hiring a Product Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of our mental health platform. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify user needs, shape solutions, and deliver features that create measurable impact – across mobile, web, and backend platforms.What you will do:

Product Discovery & Planning

Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Clinical, Engineering, Ops, BD, CS) to define clear product problems and opportunities

Conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize feedback to inform product direction

Assist in shaping the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on impact

Execution & Delivery

Translate product ideas into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria

Coordinate with Design and Engineering teams to bring features from idea to deployment

Participate in daily standups, planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Communication & Alignment

Ensure alignment on goals and priorities across cross-functional teams

Share updates with internal stakeholders on progress, timelines, and decisions

Balance competing needs, technical constraints, and user value

Product Optimization

Define and track key product metrics (e.g., engagement, adoption, session usage)

Identify opportunities for improvement through data and user feedback

Support testing and validation (A/B tests, prototypes, feedback loops)

RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:

3+ years experience in a Product Manager or Associate PM role

Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for execution

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfortable working with design and engineering teams in an agile environment

Familiar with tools such as Jira, Figma, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Mixpanel, Redash)

Bonus: experience in mental health, healthtech, or working on user-facing mobile apps
