What You'll Do: Drive regional sales performance by achieving monthly and annual targets, monitoring center and dealer performance, and implementing action plans to close gaps. Recruit, develop, and onboard new dealers and leaders to expand the regional network and support team growth. Plan and execute field sales and recruitment activities, collaborating with center PICs to ensure alignment with company initiatives, policies, and campaigns. Provide regular sales reporting and management insights, ensuring consistent communication and tracking of results. Support ad hoc regional activities and travel as required to build relationships, provide hands-on guidance, and maintain strong dealer engagement. What Makes You A Great Fit: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Experience in direct-selling or insurance industries is an advantage. Ability to build relationships across generations and diverse personalities. Strong sales drive, results-oriented, and a team player. Flexible with time and location of assignments.
