1. Responsible for the after-sales operation and maintenance of private cloud products, including service inspection, emergency fault handling, resource expansion, and version change;2. Manage customer issues, continuously track stability risks and issues, ensure stable operation of the customer environment, and promote product improvement and optimization;3. Identify the urgent and important events of the customer, timely pull the back-end resources to promote the problem-solving, reduce the impact of the customer's business;4. Continuously accumulate operation and maintenance experience, accumulate SOPs, improve the technical ability and service level of the team, and provide high-quality operation and maintenance services to customers.Computer Science information technology or a related field, more than 3 years of practical experience in cloud computing delivery/operation, proficient in at least one mainstream cloud platform (AWS/Azure/Oracle) product, such as AWS EC2, ELB or Azure VM, VNet servicesDeep understanding of Linux operating system, container, network-related concepts (Docker/K8S, TCP/IP, DNS, VPC), with strong troubleshooting abilityFamiliar with at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Shell), can complete automation tasksUnderstand the operation and maintenance changes and data security regulations, have a sense of reverence and compliance for the production environment.Strong problem-solving ability, proactive work attitude and good teamwork ability.Preference will be given to candidates who hold relevant cloud certifications (such as AWS Certified Systems Operations Engineer, Azure Certified Administrator Associate).Able to accept to work rotational shift.
