Prepared detailed management reports for directors, highlighting financial performance, variances, and recommendations Managed month-end and year-end closing processes for five companies, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Handled payroll administration, including compliance with EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS, and HRD Corp requirements with zero errors Implemented effective credit control strategies, reducing overdue receivables and mitigating the risk of bad debts by 20% Performed bank reconciliations and maintained accurate cash flow records for monthly audits Oversaw accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions were recorded and processed efficiently Assisted with loan and facility documentation, preparing financial data and ensuring compliance with application requirements Monitored and tracked utility bills for the company and its tenants, ensuring prompt payments and accurate reporting Collaborated with external auditors during annual audits, addressing queries and providing necessary documentation Utilized Microsoft Excel for advanced financial reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliation tasks Reduced financial discrepancies by implementing stringent internal controls and audits to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
