- Develop and grow APAC Component business by supporting channel partners, distributors, eTailers/retailers, SIs, and SMB partners with new programs and opportunities.
- Grow Ryzen and Radeon presence in the channel to elevate AMD’s brand and leadership in gaming and commercial segments.
- Align with APAC priorities and leverage BU assets to localize activations with country teams.
- Track marketing execution and coordinate with Sales and Marketing Operations to engage partners and monitor program delivery.
- Lead and organize physical/digital campaigns, product launches, and regional marketing events for Ryzen/Radeon products.
- Coordinate marketing campaign tracking and reporting for cross-segment activities.
- Generate regular reports and performance analyses to improve program impact and visibility.
- Collaborate with APJ teams to support One-APJ execution and cross-business integration.
- Lead account-based co-marketing with SI, AIB, ODM, and support go-to-market program rollout.
- Develop and execute regional commercial client & server channel marketing plans aligned with APJ business objectives and partner account strategies.
- Work with distributors, OEMs, VARs, and SIs to plan and activate joint campaigns including demand generation and market expansion.
- Customize programs based on partner maturity and market segmentation across client and server lines.
- Coordinate with Channel Enablement to deliver localized content, sales tools, and partner training material.
- Lead localization of campaign assets and drive consistent brand representation through partner channels.
- Support MDF planning and partner proposal reviews; track ROI and ensure program effectiveness.
- Provide strategic co-marketing guidance to partners and maintain regular engagement with Channel Sales and Partner Account Managers.
- Participate in business reviews with partners; provide data-driven marketing recommendations and showcase impact.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as pipeline influence, content engagement, and partner participation to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the technology, semiconductor, or B2B/Channel industries with a proven track record in partner-led demand generation, MDF management, and go-to-market activation.
- Strong working knowledge of the AMD product ecosystem, including Ryzen and Radeon platforms, as well as partner landscapes such as OEMs, AIBs (e.g., ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI), ODMs (e.g., Compal, Wistron), distributors, retailers, and SIs.
- Demonstrated success in executing channel and component marketing campaigns, both digital and physical, tailored to gaming, DIY, commercial client, and server segments.
- Experience in localizing global strategies and assets into effective, partner-specific campaigns across APAC markets.
- Skilled in performance tracking, ROI analysis, and KPI reporting across multi-partner campaigns; ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, working effectively across regional marketing, sales, operations, and global business units.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and analytics dashboards is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling, executive presentations, and campaign briefs.
- Experience working with global partners such as Dell, HP, ASUS, Ingram Micro, Synnex, Gigabyte, or Tier 1 SIs and VARs.
- Understanding of channel segmentation, partner tiering, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Background in leading campaigns across Component (DIY/Gaming) and Commercial (SMB/Server) segments, with a flexible and adaptable approach to shifting partner needs.
- Copywriting, basic design, or creative asset briefing experience is a plus.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and able to balance execution with long-term strategy.
