- Dream up and execute fun, fresh campaigns that connect with consumers through digital, retail, salon, and Sephora channels.
- Turn global directions into locally relevant stories that spark excitement.
- Manage our brand presence across social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Create online offers, homepage features, and paid campaigns that convert browsers into buyers.
- Plan and execute CRM and EDM initiatives, from mapping customer journeys and segmentation to crafting engaging email content and managing campaign blasts.
- Collaborate with KOLs and influencers to boost reach and traffic.
- Track performance and find new ways to grow visibility and sales.
- Plan and roll out in-store activations, pop-ups, and events that get people talking.
- Work with Sephora and retail teams to ensure the brand shines on-shelf and in experience.
- Partner with media, influencers, and creators to tell authentic brand stories.
- Manage seeding, media kits, and launch events that feel exciting and premium.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns roll out seamlessly across all touchpoints.
- Share ideas, feedback, and celebrate wins together, because great results come from great teamwork.
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within the FMCG, beauty, or haircare industry.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
- Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI.
- Knowledge of market research and consumer trends.
- Strong communicator, proactive, and adaptable to fast-moving projects.
- Passionate about beauty, haircare, and creating meaningful consumer experiences.
- Proficient with Digital Marketing Tools & Microsoft Office tools.
