Plan & Execute Livestream Programs
  • Develop a structured and engaging livestream calendar in alignment with business needs. Lead end-to-end execution from content planning, scripting and on-ground team coordination-for consistent, high-quality shows.
2. Enable Sales Integration
  • Set up and manage product tagging and purchase flows across social livestream platforms, ensuring seamless viewer-to-checkout experiences.
3. Post-Livestream Fulfilment
  • Collaborate with internal operations to manage booking confirmations, shipping processes, and guest communication-ensuring timely and smooth fulfilment.
4. Drive Monetisation & Cross-Selling
  • Identify revenue opportunities through brand partnerships, sponsorships and affiliate deals via livestreaming channels.
5. Track & Optimise Performance
  • Monitor key livestream metrics such as engagement, watch time, conversion rates, and sales. Use data insights to continuously improve show formats, scheduling, and sales effectiveness.
6. Ensure Regulatory & Brand Compliance
  • Ensure all livestream content adheres to PDPA guidelines, advertising standards, and individual platform policies. Uphold brand tone and quality across all outputs.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, social commerce, livestreaming, or digital marketing. Familiarity with social selling tools and platform integrations is a strong advantage.
  • Multilingual candidates are preferred. Fluency in English is required.
  • Willing to appear as on-screen talent for livestreams
