Job Description :Lead and manage the overall marketing function for the mall, including brand building, shopper marketing, events, digital and PR activities.Lead and coach a marketing team to plan, execute and review mall-wide events, campaigns and promotions that drive shopper traffic, sales and customer loyalty.Work closely with tenants, leasing and operations team to plan and execute joint promotions, product launches and in-mall activations that support tenant sales performance.Take ownership of the marketing budget and P&L for the department, including annual planning, monthly tracking, cost optimisation and post-campaign ROI analysis.Coordinate with internal departments and external partners (agencies, vendors, media, KOLs, community partners) to ensure smooth, timely and high-quality execution of all marketing activities.Develop and implement marketing strategies based on customer segmentation, market trends, competitive landscape and shopper insights, and translate them into clear action plans.Build and enhance the mall’s corporate image and brand positioning through consistent, creative and impactful marketing and promotion programs, both online and offline.Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, press, influencers and community organisations to secure coverage and collaboration opportunities for the mall.Drive shopper “stickiness” and loyalty by creating engaging experiences, loyalty initiatives and CRM activities that increase repeat visits and basket size, while continuously acquiring new shoppers.Ensure clear, consistent and effective communication of key messages to shoppers, tenants and other stakeholders through appropriate channels and touchpoints.Optimise the use of various media channels, especially digital and social media, to maximise reach, engagement and conversion for mall campaigns.Develop the mall’s annual digital strategy and manage all digital assets including website, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date, on-brand and performance-driven.Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars, including content creation, posting, community management, basic performance monitoring and continuous content optimisation.Work closely with tenants and internal/external stakeholders to source, create and curate compelling content (e.g. promotions, product highlights, events, stories) for the mall’s digital and offline channels.Prepare regular marketing reports and campaign reviews, highlighting performance, insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in shopping mall, retail, F&B, lifestyle or related consumer-focused industries.Proven track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events that drive traffic and sales; experience in digital and social media marketing is essential.Strong business acumen with the ability to link marketing activities to commercial results and make data-informed decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken); able to present ideas clearly and influence internal and external stakeholders.Creative, resourceful and execution-driven, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders under tight timelines.Strong team player with leadership experience, able to guide and motivate a small team and collaborate effectively across departments.Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and irregular hours when required for mall events and campaigns.
