- Provide strategic leadership to align the division’s activities with the company’s mission, goals, and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets, quality standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify, recommend, and execute initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste, including monitoring scrap and rework data.
- Track, analyze, and report on operational performance, challenges, opportunities, and key developments within defined timelines and budgets.
- Guide and monitor department managers to ensure alignment with manufacturing and safety protocols while achieving business goals.
- Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for all direct reports, ensuring alignment with customer, personnel, process, and financial objectives.
- Develop and implement best manufacturing practices to maintain and improve the company’s competitive advantage and profitability.
- Foster collaborative and professional relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in process manufacturing.
- Expertise in manufacturing technologies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and operational efficiency methodologies.
- Strong background in strategic business planning and execution.
- Comprehensive understanding of key business indicators, including risk and cost management frameworks.
