Digital Media Designer

• Design and produce top-tier graphics, videos, illustrations, motion designs, and digital content that meet client objectives and brand standards
• Develop compelling event visuals including stage designs, posters, banners, LED wall layouts, and web assets that engage audiences and enhance event experiences
• Create detailed 3D mockups and pre-visualizations to enable clients to visualize concepts before approval and production
• Manage video editing and motion graphics for client projects
• Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and execute social media visuals that drive engagement from initial idea through to final output
• Partner with creative, project, and sales teams to enhance proposals with strategic and visually impactful design elements
• Integrate AI creative tools such as Runway, Firefly, Sora-style tools, and Midjourney to accelerate workflows, generate innovative ideas, and prototype efficiently
• Produce diverse visual assets including illustrations, motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and other multimedia elements tailored to project needs
• Identify emerging design trends and generate new creative ideas to continuously raise the team’s creative standards
• Respond proactively to ad-hoc tasks and support cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment to meet evolving project demands

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Design, Animation, Visual Communications, or equivalent, supported by a strong professional portfolio
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience producing professional creative work beyond academic projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and experienced with 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute creative projects independently with speed and precision
• Solid understanding of animation, motion graphics, video editing, and visual design principles
• Practical experience using AI creative tools to enhance design processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment
• Motivated to grow professionally with a clear trajectory toward creative leadership roles
• Familiarity with Figma, Notion, Monday.com, scripting, or tool automation is advantageous
