- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance team capabilities
- Foster a strong performance-driven and collaborative culture
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
- Set and manage sales KPIs for individuals and teams
- Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Manage and resolve escalated customer issues effectively
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management
- Provide insights based on sales data and market intelligence
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, consultants, M&E contractors, and ELV installers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Ensure timely execution of projects and client expectations are met
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in network infrastructure, ELV, or related industry
- At least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure / ELV solutions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools
- Excellent negotiation, business development, and strategic planning skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure
