The Java Backend Developer will work within the Technology department to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for a variety of business services. This role requires strong technical expertise to support innovative solutions and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Build and maintain Java Spring Boot applications with Oracle and MongoDB as backend databases
Develop and implement application solutions on the target platform using Java, RESTful microservices, and Kubernetes-based cloud deployments to ensure reliability and scalability
Conduct performance testing and analysis to validate application behavior under different load conditions
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, provide training, and actively share knowledge with team members
Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team, delivering incremental solutions in alignment with Product Owner requirements
Contribute to Level 3 production support activities, working alongside team members to resolve complex issues
