Job DescriptionFragomen Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator II on a 3-month fixed-term basis to support the APAC Talent Acquisition (TA) team during a period of high-volume hiring. This role is critical in accelerating early-stage candidate screening and ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates progresses to interview stages.With increasing hiring demands across APAC as well as significant volume hiring for Fragomen Global Business Services, this position will play a key role in improving recruitment turnaround times and supporting business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume phone and video screenings (approx. 10–12 candidates per day) to assess candidate suitability against role requirementsManage and review incoming applications, ensuring efficient conversion of CVs to interview-ready candidatesMaintain accurate and timely updates in Workday, including candidate tracking and status managementSupport job posting and advertisement management across relevant recruitment platformsCoordinate with the APAC TA team to prioritize roles and align on screening criteriaProvide concise and structured candidate screening summaries to hiring teamsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the screening processAssist with general recruitment coordination including interview scheduling, progress updates, on-site interview support and administrative tasks as neededWork Allocation65%: Phone/video screening (approx. 5 hours daily)35%: Recruitment administrationRequirements2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment/ recruitment agency settingStrong experience in candidate screening (phone/video) is highly preferredFamiliarity with ATS platforms (Workday preferred)Ability to manage high volumes of applications with speed and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate across regional teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentFinding the right person is very important to us.
