- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across all countries within the cluster.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high‑risk payroll issues.
- Cascade key communications, priorities, and initiatives from the Global Payroll Leadership Team (GPLT) to country teams.
- Co-develop and execute payroll strategies in alignment with GPLT, HR, and overall company direction.
- Maintain strict adherence to statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements in every jurisdiction.
- Partner with senior business leaders to design, optimize, and enhance payroll processes and systems.
- Lead change management initiatives, including technology upgrades and process improvements.
- Cultivate a high‑performance culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and teamwork.
- Champion continuous improvement across all aspects of payroll operations.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong drive for integration and innovation.
- Ability to foster collaboration and build trust within a diverse, multicultural environment.

- Strong communication skills, able to articulate information clearly and effectively at all organizational levels.
- Extensive experience in payroll management, ideally spanning multiple Asia–Pacific countries.
- Deep functional expertise in payroll operations, with hands‑on experience using SAP or comparable enterprise payroll systems.
- Proven leadership capability, including managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence senior leaders.
- Solid understanding of operational risk, governance, and compliance requirements within payroll environments.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives; familiarity with LEAN or similar continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong judgment and decision‑making abilities, especially when navigating complex or ambiguous scenarios.
