All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company's mission.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage full set accounts, ensure accurate reporting, and support financial planning. This role requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation)Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reportsEnsure timely month-end and year-end closingMonitor cash flow and manage paymentsPrepare tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulationsLiaise with auditors, tax agents, and banksReview and improve accounting processes and controlsSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldACCA / CPA / ICAEW or equivalent professional certification4-6 years of accounting experienceAt least 1 year working in Big-4 (EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC)Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulationsExperience with accounting software and ExcelDetail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independentlyGood communication skills
