- Oversee smooth day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Review, implement, and enhance operational procedures to improve productivity and workflow.
- Lead by example, providing guidance to junior team members or colleagues where needed to ensure operational excellence.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records.
- Support and coordinate company events, from planning to execution, including logistics and communications.
- Manage property upkeep, office equipment maintenance, and renewal of permits/licenses.
- Handle documentation processes, administrative coordination, and cross-department support.
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and tasks, showing flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in office administration, operations, or corporate services.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive, independent, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn new systems.
- Language Requirement(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
