- Support the issuance and processing of purchase orders (POs).
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of service-related documents.
- Assist in handling basic customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Compile and prepare engineer service reports.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Provide general administrative support to the service team as needed.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
