About the job
This is a junior position reporting to HR Manager within the HR Department.
Responsibilities & Duties
·Provide Support within the HR & Administration Department.
·Manage and coordinate all aspects of attendance.
·Check monthly claims, payment vouchers and invoices from panel clinic.
·Attendance records administration.
·Assist in preparation of payroll.
·Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with HR department requirements and in line with current legislation and company policy.
Requirements
To be successful in this junior office administration role, you must be:
·Malaysian female preferably in age group 21-25.
·Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration.
·A good 1-2 years of HR administration experience; fresh graduates will be dully considered.
·Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English a prerequisite.
