Responsibilities: To develop and produce engaging written, visual and video content for our website, social media platforms, blogs and email campaigns; to creating posts that align with our brands voice and driving audience engagement; to monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly; to monitor and evaluate the performance of content across channels; use insights to continuously improve the effectiveness and engagement of future content; to research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation, social media and digital marketing to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive.
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia/Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-3 years working experience in the same or related field. Salary RM3K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
  • Excellent in writing, editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc).
  • Strong conceptual skills with a passion for creating unique visual solutions.
  • Good communication skills, disciplined, hardworking, detail-oriented and high dedication.
  • Have a solid portfolio of design work.
